Speaker bio
Nikhil Pal is an Operational Excellence leader with 16 years in pharma, biotech and electronics manufacturing across India, Malaysia, Singapore and Canada. He leads Business Excellence across Roche External Manufacturing and a global network of 180+ contract manufacturing partners. Earlier he led continuous improvement through a biologics site ramp-up at Thermo Fisher Scientific and ran the Lean Six Sigma and Factory of the Future programs for two Jabil sites in Singapore. He is the author of two books on process improvement and AI, a part-time PhD candidate at the University of Waterloo, and speaks on Quality 4.0, AI-supported root cause analysis and Lean in regulated manufacturing.
