What I’m looking for: Director, Senior Director, or Head of Operational Excellence, Business Excellence or Continuous Improvement. Also open to Principal Consultant roles in operational excellence and manufacturing transformation.
Where I fit best: Pharma, biotech, medical device and other regulated manufacturing. Complex external manufacturing and CDMO networks. Multi-site and multi-country operations. Organizations where the OpEx function has to work through partners and matrix relationships rather than direct reporting lines.
Current role: Principal Business Excellence Manager, External Manufacturing, Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd.. Mississauga, Canada, since 2023.
Industries and geography: Electronics, biotech and pharma manufacturing across India, Malaysia, Singapore and Canada.
Work authorization: Canadian Permanent Resident, based in Mississauga, Ontario. No sponsorship required and no relocation needed for Canada-based or Canada-remote roles. Comfortable with substantial international travel.
